This Easter ride will take in some of the Surrey Hills classics – notably Leith Hill, Barhatch, Combe Lane and Crocknorth. It’s not the longest route, but it’s short, sharp and steep – climbing over 3000ft in 45miles.
The highlight of the ride is Barhatch with a maximum gradient of 21% – so come prepared for an egg-celent day out!
The Chilterns and Cotswolds offer some of the best road cycling in the UK. This trip is a 3 day circular tour following some stunning country roads, ranging in terrain from the rolling Chiltern hills to beautiful views and gradients of the Cotswolds.
Expect a significant daily mileage, some tough climbs and very little in the way of flats – stamina is a must!
